Chris Gaul and his men provided extremely timely advice services and were on the site within an hour of our call. The timeliness of your staff was pivotal in avoiding a scenario which could have proven to be much direr than it was. I have not had a lot of experience in this type of environmental issues, and the advice and guidance of Mr. Gaul were both timely and welcomed. He handled the situation extremely professionally, and took charge of the situation, right down to the environmental consultant. Paving Job
“We, the residents of Alline Street, wish formally thank you for the actions in response to our letter of March 25, 2012, in which we made a formal complain about the deplorable state of the concrete section of our street and requested that immediate steps be taken to correct the situation. During the late summer and early fall, the concrete was removed and the street was resurfaced with asphalt. In addition, repairs were made the concrete curbing and new joints were installed in the water mains. The resulting improvements have been remarkable and are greatly appreciated by all residents. We would be remiss if we did not mention the truly outstanding job done by Howard Little Excavating and Dexter Construction. Not only was their work of high quality, but the employees of these two companies went out of their way to make the disruptions during the construction period as painless as possible. The Howard Little workers were especially remarkable. Be it helping residents carry groceries to the house, moving garbage on pick-up day to a location accessible to the garbage truck, or coming to the door to advise us of the day’s schedule, their thoughtfulness and concern made a difficult situation very manageable. In fact, during the construction, period, Howard’s men become friendly faces in our neighborhood! It is most reassuring when the government listens to and responds to the problems and concerns of their constitutes. We are both pleased and impressed! “
